It won't come up for me either!?!
Wait... I don't have any idea what IT is!
How's about a little help here.
Lol sorry left off my first words. www.store.fiftyshadesofleather.com
Trying to do initial set up.
Btw very new to this. last time I put up a site I used front page and html5.
So zen cart has me lost. I would apreciate any help.
It comes up internal server error.
Of course, this is not a surprise with GoneDaddy. Just another stellar example of their ineptitude.
How did you install Zen Cart? I hope you didn't use their auto-installer.
Why did you install it in a sub-domain?
Even without the sub-domain, the main site is an internal server error as well.
Maybe you need to ask for Danica. She probably knows as much as most of their techs. Be nice to her though, she's had a bad day.
You started this discussion in the Windows Server section, so I assume you're hosting on a Windows server.
Most often when you're getting "500 Internal Server" errors on a Windows host (especially on GoDaddy), changing to a Linux host solves the problem quickly.
Could also be a file-permissions issue, or a number of things. The server doesn't display the error details in the browser for security reasons. Explained more here: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...l-server-error

They had me install in a sub the. I'm supposed to hyperlink to
The main page. And yes they walked me through the install.
I'm guessing by your response this was a bad idea? I bought
A couple of books but I need to get this up as soon As I can.
I also bought a store template for zen cart, so I really wanna
Figure this out.
Yes windows if I have it hosted in Linux,do I have to have Linux
Installed on my pc? To edit I mean.

As I said this is my first time working with
Zen cart . They offer Linux servers and I can switch.
