DHL Shipping?

We would like to use DHL as a shipping option. I've looked thru the forums and there are some older threads plus there was a module at one point. Does anyone here use DHL and could you tell me how you did it and with what? I need some more current info than from what I've seen so far. Thanks as always,

Part of the problem is that DHL stopped delivering within the US a couple of years ago, so there's no demand here for a DHL module, other than for international shipping.
