memeory problems took down my server - is it seo_cache?

I am having a problem with one of my sites...
They say there is a huge amount of traffic causing the site to go down.
I know for a fact that I do not have that kind of traffic.

An awful lot of those queries mention "seo_cache". So maybe that mod is malfunctioning?

Ok then it might be SEO Urls. Now I just have to figure out what version I used. I think it was simple urls...
