Customers can not register on my website

Hi,

I need some help customers can not register in my website, I noticed today when few customers complained.

Please help.

did you change anything?
I noticed you are running FEC, but it is not running 100% without errors

Nothing is changed, no problem found in debug.

FEC is installed but not running. Customers can login but cant register. I can add customers from admin by the Add Customers Admin module.

Im banging my head over this from evening.

Thank you very much, removing fec fixed it.
