Charge shipping a percentage of the product price

My client is thinking of charging shipping based on a percentage of the product's price.

So, if a customer has 2 products in their cart:

1) $153.80 + 10% for shipping = 169.18
2) $375.00 + 10% for shipping = 412.50

Cart total is then: $581.68 (plus taxes if applicable).

Is there a way to set this up?

I looked through the plugins for shipping and didn't see anything that mentions this. Well, there was one, but it was from 2006 and wasn't sure it would still be valid for v1.50 and do what I need it to do since the description was lacking.

Yeah - saw that after I posted. But that's based on order total ... not per product's price. But, I still let the client know so she can decide what is best for her.

The products are shipped directly from the factory/vendor via UPS. In state, the price is nominal but oversized packages are $150 per, and of course, shipping out of state has its cost. Hence why she wanted to do a percentage per product based on its price. (These are office chairs).

We'll see what she says ...
