Having Problems with Contact Form

Hi,

Using v139h. When someone submits their name, email and message, the page returns blank. Email is not sent. I found the following in the cache log and cannot figure out what the problem is.

[11-Sep-2012 13:17:02] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_validate_email() in /home/omegasur/public_html/includes/modules/pages/contact_us/header_php.php on line 19

The actual line 19 of that file has:
$zc_validate_email = zen_validate_email($email_address);

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

The zen_validate_email() function was added in v1.3.0. It's located in the /includes/functions/functions_email.php file, near the bottom of the file.

If yours doesn't contain that, then either you've installed a VERY old version of that file, or you've done something to damage that file, or you've been changing other system files that normally would do the loading of the file so that the functions in it are available. You haven't indicated whether other emails are sent successfully or not.

Dr. Byte,

I re-uploaded that file and then tried the form again. The screen response came up. Admin didn't get the email. Will need to go over all the files to make sure everything was fully uploaded.
