    red flag email problem: 550 High probability of spam

    Hi,

    I am a newbie to Zen and have version 1.5 working on my site www.agordinhasexy.com. I have some addons installed like mailhive and extract email addresses and easy populate.

    Now i have this problem. Returning customers cannot login. It says their email address does not exist. When they try to make new account it says their email already exist....

    Ive tried looking this problem up but dont seem to find anything about it on this forum.

    Does anyone have a solution for this??

    I created an account, and am able to log back in properly.

    Works in both languages in Firefox

    Hi, well i did some deeper research and now i realize the problem is a different one.... People forget their password, clique for a new password, but the mail never arrives to their mail box... Then ofcourse it says it doesnt recognise the NEW password. Since people dont get the email, they dont know their new password.
    The master password doesnt work ever since i installed version 1.5
    Any suggestions?

    red flag Could not receive Password Forgotten Email

    Hi, i clients do not receive the password forgotten email... Ive tried every possible combination of sending mail but it doesnt come. I get the message back saying the following:

    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host outbound.mailspamprotection.com [184.154.208.34]:
    550 High probability of spam

    This only happens with the forgotten password emails. All other emails are going fine.
    Anyone has a solution?

    Problem solved. Ive changed to sendmail and my host (siteground) put me on the white list....

    Problem solved. Ive changed to sendmail and my host cleared my email address as not being spam....
    Sometimes it can be so simple!!!
