A product line I have is dog car seats. One model has 10 different color options, and each color has it's own SKU. Right now I just use one SKU, and list the available colors as an attribute.
My problem now is the vender is discontinuing certain colors (SKUs), and finding specific items in Zen is a PITA, if not impossible.
The only workaround I see now is list seperate items, which defeats the whole concept of attributes?
Suggestions?

There is no facility in ZenCart to store individual SKU's for attributes

You didn't mention your version of ZC, but make sure your mods are compatible with your version before adding them.
