So I took a break from working on this site for a while because my dad (whose site it is) wasn't ready to learn it yet... but now he is... and when I go into a page such as a EZPages editor page or a products editor page, the text box where you add the content is just raw HTML and the editor (either one, I've tried setting both) do not show up. My dad doesn't know HTML and so he NEEDS a WYSIWYG editor... How do I get it back? They're both in the configuration dropdown...

Do you have one or the other selected in Admin - Configuration - My Store - HTML Editor ? Shouldn't need to do that, I don't think, but it can't hurt.

The editor won't show if its components aren't fully uploaded to the server.
And if your site is using a language that requires files that didn't come with the editor's plugin package, you'll need to upload those to the server also.
And if you've got other javascript-driven plugins added to your admin, then they might be causing conflicts with the javascript which drives the editors..

i have the same issue. it just went away and don't recall when it happened. I did re-install the CKEditor 365 files, as instructed. All uploaded successfully. How do I determine if I need language files (Which I doubt I do) or if I have another java based plugin> I am using Image Handler 4.0...
