SEARCH TAB - How to make " " compulsory on site?

Hello all,

We have realised that the search function returns incorrect results if someone searches something with a common part, such as 'vita' - which will return "vitamin" as well as anything mentioning "vitality" and "vita".

This problem is avoided if the search keyword is put in speech marks, ie "vita".

How do I make this (" ") compulsory, or force the search to ONLY search category/product names?

How do you make speech marks compulsory in the search bar, so it will narrow everything down to things within the "" ?

Guidance please...
