hello in admin, under profiles administrator I set in way that employer can see only some tabs of administration panel, but I don't try to not see at employer the index administration page with name of clients.
Is there a way to do that?

how about adding a "if " before show the message,

if(customer's name=="admin")
{
then show
}

You could try the attached updated /admin/index.php file. Unzip it and replace your /renamed-admin-folder/index.php
This file should work for v1.5.0 and v1.5.1

Using this file, if the logged-in admin user has access to the "Orders" screen, they'll be able to see the "Orders" box on the home page.
And if they have access to the "Customers page, then they'll have access to the "Customers" box on the home page.


NOTE: Not compatible with COWOA addons.
