Please help me do Buy One Get One Free

Hi,
I'm new to ZenCart and was wondering if this can be done. I'm setting up a promotion that lets customers adds one item and can get two items free. How can I do that, I mean, how can I set it up so that the customer will not only check out the free items. Do I have to insert a new PHP or is there something I can modify in the existing PHP files?

Also, Please let me know how can I change heading in a template, for example from "categories" to "selections"?

And lastly, can I total eliminate the product details page and let it directly have the option of add to cart?
