    Default IE users can't check out

    I am having issues with customers telling me that they are using Internet Explorer and can't check out. When they click the continue (to payment) button, it just loads and loads and goes no where. Someone using on a PC told me that they couldn't log in, it just refreshed when they tried. Any idea of what I can do?

    Without a link to your site it is nearly impossible to guess what the problem is.

    I would start by addressing the errors with your template. Take a look at the W3C validator.

    For example you have a script between the head and body elements.
    The glass is not half full. The glass is not half empty. The glass is simply too big!
    Where are the Zen Cart Debug Logs? Where are the HTTP 500 / Server Error Logs?

    I am not sure where to start since there's about 4 million files to edit, and it doesn't say which file has these errors, just the line it's on.
