I have had two customers today who are unable to log into their accounts. I have verified that their email addresses are correct. When I try to log on using their email address and master password, I get a "sorry there is no match for that email address/password".
In fact the master password function doesn't seem to be working for me at all.
I recently installed the customer without an account option, would this have affected the master password? Grasping at straws here. What can I do to get my customers their access?
