v1.3.8 - Page not found missing and can't redirect to index neither

My 404 page is not working/missing, also, in the configuration, when I change it to redirect to main page, which is exactly what I want to achieve here, it's not working either. What can I do? Which files to check for?

Are you *really* still using ZenCart V1.3.8 ?

If so, a missing 404 page is the least of your concerns. Even if we could tell you which files to check for we won't be doing you any favours by doing so. This version of ZenCart is a hackers delight. Seriously, I know of some hacktivists that use it for 'training' purposes, and thats not to mention the 1000's of 'script kiddies' that persistently target these vulnerable installs.

Do the world a favour. Forget whatever you current problems are... do the upgrade first and take it from there... I promise, we will be a LOT more helpful with problems if you are using the latest codebase... Well, at least something newer that 3 years...

I guess I've been postponing it a lot because I have a ton of custom code...dammit...what is the best practice to upgrade it to 1.5? My main concern is not ot mess up the customer base and the indexed urls, I'll try have it upgraded this week, can you give me some insight?

Not at the moment... I'm about to call it quits for the night. Search the forums, read the FAQ's.. its quite a common question.
