    Sorry!
    There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you.

    This is what the error reads.

    So, am I correct that it's triggering a redirect from your store to the /nddbc.html file? That's caused specifically when PHP is unable to connect to your database by using the DB_XXXXXXX settings in your configure.php file. So it suggests something's wrong with your server's PHP configuration.

    Has your hosting company offered any details about how they've configured, their PHP 5.4 differently from their PHP 5.2? Especially (but not limited to) MySQL settings

    Yes, Dr. Byte you are correct that it directs to the web url you mentioned.

    I will inquire with my host company about differences in their PHP 5.2 to 5.4.

    Thank You!

    I had my programmer fix the issue.

    He said it was an error in the zen cart programing.

    I'll get more details.

    My programmers reply...

    The file with the error is located on includes/classes/ssu/cores/parser.php on line 17 of Zen Cart version 1.5.1

    The error was that there is a duplicate use of the keyword 'protected' which originally shows

    protected protected static function getClass() {

    The correct value must be

    protected static function getClass() {

    SSU is a plugin you installed. It is not part of Zen Cart core files.

    Please report the bug in the SSU plugin's support thread.
