Default Double Charged using Authorize.net AIM

I recently switched my payment processing from PayPal PRO to Authorize.net. After 2 months of using it, I've had two occasions where my customer has placed and order and charged, twice! They are older clients so I don't think they know how to disable their javascript. Just a note: I never had this problem before. Any ideas?

Most likely slow server cURL caused them to hit the button again.
