2checkout new one page checkout - its asking for shipping address on intangible prods

Ive got products set with shipping weight 0 and.. yes skip shipping address set up (so that are virtual)

With the new 2checkout one page checkout they launched about 3 days ago.. it is asking for shipping address at the checkout.

This is a nightmare it is killing all the sales.

Is anyone else here experiencing this or is it only my account?

From 2Checkout support:

Our new dynamic checkout routine will only show the shipping details section if they are passed in by ZenCart. The 2Checkout module will only pass in shipping details if they are present in the $order object. This means that on normal virtual products where shipping is not collected, this section will not show on the checkout page. On your shop it appears that delivery details are still being assigned because of your custom setup which is why the section is displaying on our checkout. I have contacted you directly by email to help you make the necessary modifications to work better with your shop so that shipping details will not be passed in to the checkout.

Im using the 2checkout module. Product weight 0 and set up as intangible downloadable product. No individual URLs specified at the product level.

This was working fine.. but since u put on the one page checkout its showing a shipping address and it shouldnt. The 2checkout module needs to be updated because with intangible products (downloads etc) its not sending data to 2co as it should in order for the product to be considered intangible by 2co checkout process. Unfortunately i am not a programmer

I am using the FEC - fast easy checkout from numinix. Could that be effecting it?

Ive got it set up for every product so it says

Warning: This product is marked - Free Shipping and Skips Shipping Address
No shipping will be requested when all products in the order are Virtual Products

i really cant get my head around why zc is sending this as a tangible product.

Are these actually downloadable products that Zen Cart will deliver to the customer? Or are they "virtual" for some other reason?
Remember, Zen Cart automatically treats downloadable products as virtual (after you associate a downloadable file attribute with the product) and thus you should NOT be setting them as "free shipping", instead "normal shipping rules apply" is the correct setting.
