    Default Help Missing Orders

    I hope someone can help me. I have now recieved a couple notices that I have been paid for orders thru my store. Good thing
    I have no record of the order in the store Bad Thing
    It has been woking great untill last few days. I have made no changes to zen cart, only added more items to store

    HELP

    anyone??

    Look in the root directory and see if you have any errors in the Cache folder please ...

    What payment processor do you use? How can you get an order and know about it if you have no record of the order? confusing

    I am using paypal for payment and they send me a notice I had been paid.
    I looked at the paypal notice and saw the order.
    Then went to site to process it and it was not there

    Just had the same thing happen to us on a 1.3.9h cart that uses PayPal IPN.
    Received payment email from PP, checked account and payment is there, but it is not in the Admin of the cart.
    In the PayPal log files, I am seeing a difference between the last order that did register in the cart and this one.

    Switch to the much more reliable Paypal Express and that problem will most likely go away.

    Hi Steve,

    I would love to use PayPal Express, but approximately 1 in 3 customers gets hung up and can't check out. We don't know why, but PP declines it. Address mismatch from what we've been told by customers (the ones that bother to call) - even though it is the correct address and even matches the one on file with PP. It's a known issue from what I've read here on the forums in the past and I've never seen a guaranteed fix for it.
    I'll finish that project tomorrow, I've made enough mistakes today!

    They said it was a Zencart issue. The usual pass the ball back and forth. LOL
