Default Setting up multiple website to one Paypal account

So, I'm almost there. I have added a second email address to my PayPal account, I have set two custom payment pages for each site and set in the payment mod setting on each site. Everything works fine but when I place an order on the secondary site, the paypal receipt sent to the customer has the primary sites email and web address all over it!

Is there a way to customise this bit? My customers will be completely confused with this.

I spoke to PayPal "support" but they seem useless and have no idea even how to set up the custom payment pages so getting no where fast with them.

Has anyone ever set this up so each business is completely custom and seperated??

    Cheers
    Phil

Save yourself a lot of time and effort by having two bank accounts. One for each business. This will make your accounting easier. If you have two businesses then you should really keep their financials seperate from one another. Two banks, two PayPal accounts, two sets of accounts, two seperate entities. It won't cost you any extra this way.

It can be done your way but why? Makes no sense to do it your way at all.

Two bank charges, two accountant bills etc etc

My websites sell pretty much the same types of products otherwise I would seperate.

You say it can be done, do you mind advising how?

    Thanks

Far as I know, if you use a single Paypal account for multiple stores, you're stuck with a single site name on the customer receipt for all. Only thing you can do is use a more genereric name for your company and let the customer know on the checkout payment page what they'll be seeing.

Suggest that you then create a "generic" account
    Such as
    domain1.com
    domain2.com

    PayPal
    holding company that owns both

Place some explanation about who the bill will reference
    holding_co.com

    I did find this link
    https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...emails-outside

It says about selecting the email and I wonder if it adds an extra hidden feild to the PayPal button to specify the email? Or do you think that is the same as putting the secondary email in the admin settings?
