New Member in need of Help!!!

Hello everyone!

I've recently joined this forum, but have been using Zencart for well over a year now. However, I've recently stumbled upon a problem concerning some listings on my site. We have a product category named "Water Treatment" with anywhere from 5-15 or so product listings in each of that category's brands, but they don't show up on our site. We have tried to delete the category altogether and start building it back up from scratch, but when we tried that with the first brand (Katadyn), the two listings that we reentered on the site just show up as "New Products for December", not in the format as they should be in (like every other product in all other categories). I'm not exactly sure why this is happening or if I'm describing my situation well enough, but if anyone could help , please let us know! Any chance you have both products and subcategories in a category ?

I'm pretty positive. I've entered the product listings in the water treatment category the exact same way as I have for all the other ones, but for some reason, they just won't show up. Another example that I can provide is that under the Water Treatment category, if you click on the SteriPEN brand category, nothing appears at all, however in my zencart admin site, I can see that I currently have 6 product listings under the SteriPEN category (3 are active, and 3 are inactive). With this being the case, the three active listings should appear, but they don't. The odd thing is that I don't recall editing anything in the water treatment section in the recent past (until I re-listed the Katadyn products, which was after I started having this problem), just all of a sudden one day, those product listings up and vanished and I have no idea why.

Check your template code, I believe your issue lies in that your not closing the comment at "<!-- END Attracta -->" which is not displaying the rest of the site information because it's commented out.
