Default is there a CONSTANT available for 'memory_limit = xxx' found in php.ini ?

When trying to add a column to the product table i got this error -

'Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /var/www/phpmyadmin/libraries/sqlparser.lib.php on line....'

supposedly this can be fixed by changing the line, 'memory_limit =value' in the php.ini file which i don't have access to right now.

when googling that error, i found on a WordPress support site that there was a corresponding CONSTANT available for that line in the php.ini file.

In the ZenCart set up is there such a CONSTANT that i could change the value for?

    big thanks

No, Zen Cart doesn't tamper with that at all. It relies on your server's php.ini settings, or any of your customizations to it via a custom php.ini or even .htaccess if allowed in your server's configuration.
