customer account not showing all orders

I have a customer that only shows 3 out of 13 orders in her account. I have admin set for the customers to see 100 but hers does not.

I will reset the number down for management purposes later but why won't it show all the orders?

They show in the order listing in admin and in the database just not in her account.

Could be some plugin causing a conflict, such as COWOA where the order doesn't actually get tied to her account because she chose checkout without an account.
Could be that the order is in an order-status that isn't defined in Admin->Localization->Order Statuses ... and that's usually caused by either you deleting order statuses from that list or by using a plugin module that changed the order's status to some invalid number or to 0, and thus the lookup doesn't find valid matches when trying to display.

Or could be from any other plugins you've got on your site. You didn't list them.
