I need to create a development site from my existing store. I set up a dev site location from my web host and copied the entire public_html folder to the dev site (at the recommendation of the web host). But this doesn't work with Zen Cart. When I try to log in to store Admin it takes me to the live site, not the dev site.
I am not a web designer or programmer so layman responses are much appreciated (need Zen Cart for Dummies).
I have several things I need to test before the end of the month before making them live in my store. Please help!
