3 payment methods, only CC radio button missing

I've seen a few threads where radio button is missing and it's always because there is only one payment method. That is not the case here.

I have 3 payment methods, Direct Bank, Paypal Express and Credit Card Payment (PayPal Pro). Radio buttons show for the other two, but not for the credit card option.

The site has been live for a few years and I have just upgraded to 1.5.1 from 1.3.8. The site has a Japanese front-end. Back-end JP/EN.

Also, getting email alert, "paypaldp - Module disabled because SSL is not enabled on this site." when I navigate to the payment page on checkout. The info and CC icons are showing. The module seems installed correctly in admin.....

SSL is specified and enabled via config file. SSL certificate is installed correctly.

You don't have SSL enabled on your storefront. That's why the module isn't appearing.

DrByte is referring to the Catalog configure.php in:
/includes/configure.php

You appear to have corrected the /includes/configure.php file

But now that page is only "partially" encrypted mostly due to images and javascript being called from http: addresses instead of https: addresses

Ok, fixed all the urls that were calling from full http:// addresses, and any that may have been unnecessary, on sidebox, header, footer, menus, javascripts.....everything is gone or changed calling https now......cleared cache, several times and still no radio button for CC payments.
