Registration Form Validation Problem

Hi Guys,

I am using zen cart 1.5.1,

I am not getting alert or message for wrong input field or empty input field for account creation page.

It does validation but if something is wrong does not give alert for that field.

Lets say customer given wrong state then just page gets refresh but does not create account nor tell what is wrong in the input field.

Where should look for changes?? and what changes needs to be done

It will be hard to tell without a link to your site.

Whathappens if you switch to the classic theme. Does it still happen?
