Everthing I have been doing is from Admin. I have been adding ne products. The products appear but not the main page php in the define page editor.

Suddinely the define_main_page.php is missing from the web site.

Check that it exists in
includes/languages/english or your language/html_includes/define_main_page.php
Also check wht your settings are for
admin > config > layout settings > Categories - Always Show on Main Page
admin > config > layout settings > Main Page - Opens with CategoryZen-Venom Get Bitten
