red flag /admin/includes/configure.php does not exist more info...

I am upgrading my 1.3.8 to 1.5.1 to a totally different directory . I also copied the config files over to the new folders with the change in the directory names for the 'store' to 'shop' but still getting this error only during upgrade.

My original admin name was changed to 'blah', so when I re created the new files, I renamed the 'admin' to 'blah' in ' shop' but during the upgrade it is still looking for 'admin' instead of 'blah'

Can anyone please tell me why please?

    Thank you

If you're doing an "upgrade", then it doesn't matter what the admin foldername is. Just choose the "Database Upgrade" option at the bottom of the page.

However, if you're trying to do a fresh install, then you'll need to rename your admin folder back to "admin".

I also copied the config files over to the new folders
Follow the tutorial and perform a clean install of ZenCart with a new database first
There will be 2 new config files created
