How do I change the status of a page I created with the Define Pages Generator? I need to temporarily disable a generated static page. I don't want to totally remove the code for this page from my website. Is there some kind of pointer or particular line of code I can comment out so this page isn't visible? Note: This page is not listed under Admin/Define Page Status (it's not page 2, page 3 or page 4).

Short answer: no.
Long answer: You'll have to manually remove all links you (or your "generator") have added: everywhere you've added them. Otherwise people will click the links and be confused.
If you don't care about confusing your customers, you can rename the /includes/modules/pages/YOUR_PAGE_NAME_HERE folder to YOUR_PAGE_NAME_HERE_disabled so that customers will see a 404-page-not-found response (or whatever you've got your Missing Page Check setting set to in Admin->Configuration->My Store) if they click links to it. But, you should really also remove the links if the page is invalid..
