Can I add "More Info" link in Descriptions?

When viewing all the products in a specific category, it lists each product within that category as well as a brief description. The brief description ends with … - how do I add the “more info” link to the end of each description in the way it is when viewing “Featured Products”?

This is automatic in a standard ZenCart where the product has attributes

If you have a custom template - then it may have been coded out

Switch to the classic template to see if this is the case
