USPS shipping module working for USA , but UK customers cannot get a shipping quote

I have not received one order in the two weeks ive had this shipper module on my website, and i have been wondering if it was working correctly. 50% of my customers are from Europe and Australia. I just received an email from a customer in the UK and they claimed the site would not let them purchase due to no shipping could be determined- Here is what it says at checkout



"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)"


So i lost the sale, but at least they told me about it!!

How can this be fixed?

Zen Cart v1.3.9h/v1.3.9h is the version I am using and i am on a PC

I have read it now, but I downloaded this on Feb 3rd, so it ashould have already been updated by then? yes? Anyway, if not.. how do install this current issue?

Unzip the module on your PC and read the "readme" file

I did all the steps. uninstalled the current version and reinstalled the newest one. and still No international shipping options. I was asked for my USPS settings. They are:

Apparently the FTP upload you did didn't successfully save the new files to your server.
Perhaps your FTP program didn't prompt you to overwrite the existing files? Or it did and you didn't say yes? Or it ran into a permissions problem and failed?

Use your FTP program to navigate to each of the two existing usps.php files on your server, and for each one replace it with the corresponding correct new file that you have unzipped on your PC. Remember that the one under the languages folder structure is specifically for the language content, and the other one is not. Don't mix them up. That's why the zip has them in different directory/folders when you unzip them.

and do an REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...

Then post what you see in the right handle panel of the Modules ... Shipping ... when you click on USPS shipping module as you are currently showing an old version ...
