Hello,

I am currently using ZC 1.3.9h, after going through various updated versions, here is my problem which i'm hoping someone can resolve...

A product page with a specific product id that's linked to by a supplier was accidently deleted by one of our staff. Unfortunately, due to various reasons, they're unable to commission their web designer to amend the link page.

As such, I tried to create an internal redirect via our host cpanel...but that resulted in our site being inaccessible and stating the following error

"The webpage at http://mywebsite.com/product has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer."

Is there anyway of solving this (the cookies thing doesnt fix it) or creating a successful redirect from a catagories/product page?

Yes, that I have done but I still have not been able to successfully redirect to another internal page on our site when this particular page is clicked on...

Post a link to your site and to this "internal page"
You should add spaces to your link to avoid it being indexed by google here

I don't like having an empty page so wish to redirect this to another page without creating a looping error

Add to or create a htaccess file with(remove spaces in url)

redirect 301 /index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=234_338&products_id=785   http :// aqua-amore. com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=668
