Some kind of graphic up top... trying to remove

How do I even search for help on this? i'm sorry, I don't know. I am going to try to post my URL because its the only way to show you what I mean. I hope its ok.

See where my logo is in the top left? And that "graphic" thing to the right of it? How do I remove that graphic thing, and center my logo?

And can I move all those side boxes (layout boxes) on the right and left ALL to the bottom. The only options I see are on the right and left.

In the stylesheet find this and remove what is in red

Really can not move them to the bottom

But you need to create your own custom template and not use the classic template
You can copy it and rename it
