Product price doubled

I installed PayPal Express module, added the first product and everything seemed to be okay.
Except that when I do a test and add one product to the cart, the price is double the amount.

To be a little more clear... I priced the item at .75. When I add one product to the cart, the price the cart shows is $1.50 even though there is only one item in the cart.

Check your currency settings, and make sure that your chosen currency is the DEFAULT currency, and that its value is 1.000000000000 .

Thank you both. It is working now. Do not know exactly how I did it. I spent a long time going through to the whole process again three times until I got it right. I checked the currencies like you suggested and someone also suggested to check the price in attributes... Anyway, it is working now. Thank you.
