Replicate store on differnet domain

I setup my zen cart for an organic co-op and now a friend in another area wants to do the same. Is there an easy way to use all the mods, configurations, products etc that I have already setup in my store for her new store? Hers will be hosted on a different domain but it will be pretty much the same. Just different ads, terms, etc.

You can copy all of the cart files and a database backup
Move these to the other domain
Create a database
Import the db backup
Change the 2 configure files to reflect the new domain and other pertinent info

Not just the myadmin BUT all the cart files
