Default Removing underline in EZ Pages

    Hello:

Could someone tell me how to remove the underline for external links in EZ Pages? I tried clicking on the underline above the document twice and nothing happened. Do I need to remove it on the server? If so, where do I go?

    Thanks in advance!

    Silver

Please start with a link to your site.

Not exactly sure what you're asking. Do you mean the link to the EZ page, or links you have added to an EZ page ? A link to one of your EZ pages where this can be seen would help.

    Sorry Guys,

Here is the site: www.petluxuryboutique.com. The link that I am talking about is in the footer. It is called Returns and Exchanges. Just click on that and about halfway down the document you will see Return/Exchange form. The link is there. You will also see another link in the following paragraph with the word "form." Which I just realized that it doesn't have the underline. I have no idea how that happened because it was there not that long ago? Anyway the "Return and Exchanges" still has the underline.

    Thanks much,

    Silver

This is not a zencart issue. It's plain old HTML.

Your HTML for that element says:

    HTML Code:
    <strong><u><span style="color: #000000"><a href="http://www.petluxuryboutique.com/pdfs/returns-exchanges-form.pdf">Return/Exchange Form</a></span><span style="color: #000000">:</span></u></strong></p>
    The <u> x x x x x x x x x </u> will underline anything encased within those tags.

I understand that, no problem, but where do I go to find it? What part of the site is it in so I can change it?

    Thanks,

    Silver

The answer is in your initial question. It's an EZ-Page.

If you know that it's an EZpage, then just go edit the content (admin...tools...EZ-pages : call up the page and edit it).

Thanks. I had forgotten that the EZ Pages provided a source.

Technically, ALL content that you add to the site - whether EZ-pages, Define Pages, Product Description - will be in raw HTML.

If your admin console uses a WYSIWYG editor (such as CK Editor), then all it is doing is "parsing" the HTML into its visual styles. CK Editor - Like MS FrontPage just makes the HTML code render as it would in a browser.

In CK Editor there is a "Source" Icon. Click that and you will "toggle" to the HTML. Click it again, and you "toggle" back to wysiwyg.

I took out the <u> </u> on the heading and it still remains underlined. What am I missing here?

PS. This is very strange. The <u> </u> are removed when looking at source on the EZ Page but if you go to the site, click on the footer Returns and Exchanges, looking at the source code, the <u> </u> are still there?????
