    Default ZC and my new 2CO account don't do not talk!

    Hi, I have BIG problem. I use 2CO in my shop http://www.kavanali.com end now I have new 2co account. In Site Management I set up for my shop and whan somebody bay via cc I don't get infomation in my shop (zencart) ZC not make order! Noting.

    I set up now 2CO like old 2co account.

    I put
    Approved URL: http://kavanali.com/zencart/index.ph...eckout_success

    Direct Return: Header Redirect (Your URL)


    Byt in shop is not record. 2CO not send data to Zencart! In ZC DB ton have record of that baying!
    In old 2co account everiting is work o.k. What to do!

    If the passback works on one account but not the other and the same settings are being used, the issue is most likely your secret word. You will want to log in to your new 2Checkout account, click the account tab and site management subtab and make sure that the value entered in as your secret word matches the value you have setup in your ZenCart admin under your 2Checkout payment method configuration. If you continue to have issues please contact 2Checkout directly so they can troubleshoot and find the cause of the issue.

    I get message, whan I have to get from ZenCart to 2CO to pay.

    An error has occurred during checkout.
    Please contact the seller and reference the error code below.
    ERROR CODE: PE102

    Data is same in 2CO and ZC.
    Store Number used for the 2CheckOut service
    Secret Word

    What can by problem for that situation?

    I not change eny file in ZC for 2CO procesing.

    As mentioned, you need to get clarity from the 2CO people. This module is not a core zencart module, so it is unlikely anyone on the forum not using it, can help you.

    When I went to 2CO website, I saw a help link (see my earlier post). Have you been in touch with them?

    And as someone else said... problems can stem from not using the correct "Secret Word". Have you investigated this?

    Hi, contact 2CO end they respond.

    My problem is that, customer bay from ZC shop with cc, automatic go on 2CO, pay end... automatic go into ZC shop BUT ZC not show sucsses baying page end not register number of orders! In ZC admin panel, I not see order (ZC not register order) does not exist. In DB in table ''zen_2checkout'' I have register thet payment.


    Custom can bay end pay via 2CO from ZC.
    Byt I not get record in ZC for thet payment. I don't know what to do.
    Why is this happening

    Since Zen Cart requires your return method set to direct return (your url) you will need to make sure that your script follows the rules for direct return:
    "With the Return Method set to Direct Return, sale parameters will be posted automatically to the approved URL while fetched by our server and displayed to the customer.     Becouse my old account are block becouse I sell parfume (status not-set yes-pay), I get from 2CO now account byt I can use that for kavanali.com I don't know whay is it thet so imposible, it is cooding work!

    I search now company for Accept Credit Cards.

    Can some recomend Accept Credit Cards company that can work with ZenCart?
