Quick/Guest checkout without opening account

I am a little puzzled here...

My site is for downloadables only. I have it so that the client will have two download opportunities per purchase.

So, the client decide to use the quick PayPal checkout without registering an account. Go quickly through the buying process and it is presented with the 'Download' link and for any reason the client use only one of his/her download attempts.

Since this client did not open an account, will this mean that this client lost the second download opportunity because there is not account to go to? Thank you.

If a customer uses PayPal Express checkout to purchase a "virtual" product (like a download), the Zen Cart processing automatically creates an account for the customer for exactly the reason that you describe.
