Hi.. hope someone can help...
v150 - UK Zen Cart
I have taken over the running of a site (the original guy is no longer around) and one consistent problem the site owner faces is almost all credit card payments return a Failed AVS Check: 10505-This transaction cannot be processed.
I know this means that the 3D secure part could not match the the card details of the holder, but this has apparently happened so much with most CC transactions that I am being asked to fix it......... but i don't know how, or if I can. I have read on another cart's forum (via a Google search) to lower the PayPal settings, as if they are too high, even a typing of "king street" would fail if the cards address is "King Street"??? But I cannot find squat in the PayPal admin backend.
here is a copy and paste of the email
