Shopping cart always in view

Currently the shopping cart is served as a sidebox in the right column. I want it to stay like this but it actually move down the page as the customer scrolls down. like what is shown in the link below:

Its an extremely long link sorry! It just adds a product to the cart so he sidebox will show up :) Hope you guys can help me!

could add this to your stylesheet, just a quick solution, will need some tweaking
