FedEx not showing in shipping estimate window

I am new to Zen but have set up the site and installed the Numini x FedEx module. All Seems to work well and fedex pricing shows at checkout.

But I have the issue that the FedEx shipping options and price do not show in the estimate shipping window.

The customer has to wait until they register and get to the cart.

I have checked that SOAP is installed and it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the pricing for other shipping services work? Do you have a URL you can share with us to look at?

Pick up at store shows up and also flat rate works.

I was able to get the following Quotes: Standard, 2day, Express, and Ground Home.

I am not seeing it in the cart. Tried chrome and IE and both only show pick up at store. If i log in and go to checkout it does show the options.

These are the steps i took: Added item to cart. Went to shopping cart, below where the products are listed, entered my US, California, and 90210. And it produced the quotes.

What steps are you using that is not generating quotes?

Ok I tried using the same product you did and it didn't work. This is issue is linked to the product. When I used "VW Golf/GTI/Golf R VI (10- ) Paint Protection" it generated quotes. So there is something define/not defined in the product that stops this from generating a quote. I'm thinking it is because there is no weight defined on that item perhaps?

Ok tried you steps and everything works.

It seems that when adding the product in the following steps seems to be the problem.

select product from featured products. Unites states CA then 09201.

bislewl thank you. It was the weight field.

I have another add on installed that does dimensions for shipping and weight. It seems that I have to double enter the weight in both field's for it to calculate and a few products didn't have this entered.
