Add to cart button

Hello:

I have looked and I can't find the answer to this situation anyplace. First, my site: www.petluxuryboutique.com. In the category of Pet Gates, the "add to cart" button is there because there are no attributes but you can still click on the heading and get "more information." The problem is that when a product has attributes, there is no "add to cart" button, just ...more info. I would like the products to be uniform on the page, either with the "add to cart" button or without. I don't want a mixture of both. The problem would also be if they click on the "add to cart" button and the product has attributes, I don't want them to go the the shopping cart because there are choices that the customer has to make.

Any help would be great!
