    Default Whoops Your Session Expired

    Since migrating to a new server with the same Hosting company we get this login problem when logging in with existing accounts, Whoops Your session has expired. On other browsers, it just returns to the homepage and we are not logged in.

    When trying to create a new account, it creates (it says), be shows no address and we are not logged in. Try to log in and problem above.

    All was fine before sever migrate.....and no settings have been changed in the store.....

    Hosting company doesnt seem to know the problem too.

    Please help.

    Same cause for any session problem, whether admin or not.

    When migrating to a new server, you should always first install a clean copy of Zen Cart using original ZC files and demo data. Test that login works.
    Only after the clean install is working would you then import data from the old server, or add customization files from old site.

    Fixed, I am hoping. Hosting company is terrible. I told them to disable suhosin after going through 3 live chats and a ticket of them not being able to help me.

    Hi,

    I just had the same issue yesterday!

    Site on 1.51 with SSL on Hostgator Business Server. SSL was just renewed. Cart has worked fine. Nothing else changed. Then BAM, "whoops your session has expired" for non-logged in visitors. So site visitors cannot even add products to the shopping cart without an account.

    Running Fast and Easy Checkout system. Also using Magneticone SEO URLs. russwholesaleflowers.com is the website.

    Please need help...as all orders have stopped.
