Problem with sites description in searc h engines

Ok a friend of mine had a lady mess with her site a few months ago and now when you search for her site in yahoo you get this message under the title of her site We can’t show a description for this result because the site does not allow it. I am not sure what she did but if there also was no description or keywords or title of the site in the meta tag pages if I go in and set this up do you think this should fix this for her

Site is version 1.50
This has not been upgraded
Only module installed that I know of is CKEditor

She has CPANEL
That is really the only info I know of

This is a bad, or incorrectly configured ROBOTS.TXT file.

There is plenty of advice and help on the WWW describing the functions and setup of ROBOTS.TXT

It could ALSO be a mince-up of html_header.php file. Some inexperienced people remove or modify the line that uses php to generate noindex and nofollow meta commands.
