Default Cannot add items to cart on IE

I haven't touched this site in weeks. Just left it and updated the prices, yet someone has contacted me today saying they cannot add items to the cart if they are viewing them in a list (ie vegetables) and changing the quantity for multiples products. If they go into each product they can then add it to the cart. Any idea what could be causing this? It worked fine for this customer last week but isn't this week. It works fine either way for me on FF but I also have the same issue in IE.

Works for me in IE8, but I need to say that might be the most confusing ecommerce site I've seen, navigation-wise, so it may be your customers just don't understand what's happeneing.

How do you suggest I change it?

    I have IE9 and it doesn't work.

Having examined your site again, can you let us know exactly what part of it is powered by Zencart ?

It might have something to do with the huge number of validation errors you've got on the site. For this page (http://store.livingtowers.com/3-in-1-32-oz_p_26.html), for example, you have 246 errors and 80 warnings. IE is very unforgiving in the presence of even a few errors.

Here's the link to the w3 validator site for the referenced page: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbos...2-oz_p_26.html

Fix the validation errors and your form will, most likely, work.

Exactly!!! Neither the main site nor the store is a Zen Cart site.. Seems to me that the OP needs to take his/her questions over to the forums for the cart package they are really using: http://www(dot)3dcart(dot)com/

The ENTIRE site is Zen Cart. I put the url of my main website and not my zen cart storein my original post. Apologies. www.livingtowers.com/coopstore. I have installed a number of mods but all of the modules I have installed have come from this forum only. It is not a regular eCommerce site as no purchases are completed online.

Thanks lat9. I will check that out. If I cannot figure out the validation errors I will be back for some guidance.

That makes more sense. I can still add products to the cart in IE7 and IE8, so the problem must have something to do with IE9.

If you switch to the Classic Template, does it work correctly?

It looks like you have an add on for your dropdown for the display per page and that form is inside the main form for the product listing and may be causing issues ...
