    Default e-mail cc not arriving

When setting up e-mail notifications using this format for two receivers... Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>, the first email address receives notice emails about sales and new members, but the second one does not receive a copy. Anyone know why?

In the Configuration ... E-Mail Options ... what are you using for:
    E-Mail Transport Method

this should be set to: smtpauth

Then, at the bottom of the list are 4 SMTP settings, you need to set those up for your a valid email address for your domain ...

I have set smtpauth as email transport method.

Niki <[email protected]>, Putt<[email protected]> is the Email account mailbox

Password is in... should it be the main server password or individual password?

    SMTP port is 25

You said that emails to the 1st address are arriving, but emails to the 2nd email address are not?
    Have you tested reversing them?
If Zen Cart isn't actually displaying an error about either address, then it has been able to successfully deliver the outgoing email to the sending server. After that all the delivery steps are at the mercy of the email servers, not Zen Cart.
What error message are you getting?
