Using eWay with ANZ bank SISD equirements

Hi,

Can anyone please enlighten me or inform me if you have used eWay with ANZ (as a bank) combination and what requirements if any you had to sign up with ANZ bank.

My client has been asked to fill out a 'ANZ SISD' form which has many questions regarding the shopping cart security requirements. Most I am not sure how to answer. Please see the attachement in word format.

May be someone (or even Zen admins can have look at this and may be advise) can fill out common Zencart requirements sections so that we can all benefit with their experience .

Hi there Downunder,

Could you please get your client to call in on 1800 10 65 65 and their account manager will help them complete this form. Only one of the questions relates to eWAY with the rest relating to their hosting environment.

I have merchant account and I have basic account in eway. I was trying to use woocommerce and frustrated. Do you have easy plugins to use? Can you pls direct me to the manual? I guiess genesis theme has some issues with woocommerce

The WooCommerce module is build and maintained by WooThemes. If you're not using the official module you can get it from here - http://www.woothemes.com/products/eway/

If you have issues with it you'll need to contact WooThemes directly - http://www.woothemes.com/contact-us/

If you continue to have issues (I doubt you will, their support is excellent) let me know and I'll get in contact with them.
