don't show spezific products in news and all

Is there a way that I can don't show products in any lists (New Products, All Products, etc) , but it should be activated.
The same with categories in lists. I want it to use the products only to view and want link those in a separate site.

ZenCart is not designed to be a "backend" to some other site pages - this is mostly due to security issues
