    red flag JSWeb Advanced Shipper issue? Will not return emails after submitting payment

    Does anyone know if someone in the forum is associated with JSWeb? I purchased the Advanced Shipper Module and then after initial emails with the company, they recommended that I have them install the module due to a glitch I couldn't resolve. They sent over a PayPal invoice which I promptly paid 5 days ago. I then set them necessary login information. I have sent a handful of follow-up emails requesting to know when the installation will be completed and have not heard a word. It's bad form, to say little. I'm on the verge of contacting PayPal to cancel payment.

    Any advice and/or contacts through this company would be appreciated.

    There is a forum member named JSWeb who seems to be associated with the company.

    JSWeb has been successfully operating for a long time; you haven't been scammed. I suspect there has just been some sort of foul up in communication or unexpected delay. I just skyped the owner, who I'm sure will contact you when business reopens next week. Please be patient.

    We should just point out that this matter has been resolved (at least, with regard to the perceived failure to answer emails - we are about to look into the actual problem) - it would be appreciated if the dev team would kindly remove the word "Scam" from the title of this thread if possible.
