Our $5.00 handling charge is not included in the final cost when customers check out. The charge is included in The only active shipping module, United Parcel Service.
Ideas anyone on how to correct this?

The 5.00 is added to each of the quotes and not as a separate line item ...
Have you compared the quotes with and without the Handling set to 5.00?

Ok. I see what's going on. The handling fee is being directly into the UPS charge rather than being displayed as a separate line in the total order.
